I Dont Belive that This Is a Bug, We Are Not supposed To Have This Cape Outside Of Betas So They Didnt Include The Texture Outside Of Betas, Then Seeing As Everyone Has This Cape It Was proboly An Oversight Not Of The Texture But Of Removing The Option Of This Cape

Not being able to use the pancape in stable versions isn't a bug or an account issue; the pancape is only meant to be used within Beta versions as a testing tool for those that don't own other capes.

As saw on the website they might added a elytra cape with it, but they removed it. Minecraft didn’t add the elytra texture with it that’s not really a bug, it’s how they added the .png file if there is no elytra texture then there is none.

Just wanted to add, if you see someone else wearing the pancake cape, like your friend, then your cape's elytra will go invisible, even if its not the pancake cape. when you switch it to none, load a Minecraft world, then switch back to your cape, the elytra design comes back.

In the full release of 1.16 the pancape is still there for me and all of my friends and I really like using the pancape but I have started to use the founders cape because the elytra dosen't render for the pancape I really hope this bug is fixed.

@IconicEcko Yeah I am fairly sure it's fixed for everyone now. They've added an elytra texture last night or today i believe to fix this issue.
