When elytra is equipped with cape,it becomes invisible.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Equip a cape on the avater.
2.Equip an elytra.
Observed result:The elytra becomes invisible.
Expected result:The elytra is not supposed to be invisible.

Yes i was using the pan cape.
We're tracking this issue as MCPE-63117, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.
