[MCPE-70410] When wearing a cape and equipping elytra the elytra is invisible

While beta testing, i came across capes and tried it out. Upon equipping the elytra, i noticed on inventory menu and in world, the elytra is invisible. Its equipped and works, but doesnt show on the character.
