[MCPE-77753] Elytra Doesn't Show If Wearing A Cape

If You Are Wearing A Cape And Also Trying to Fly An Elytra The Elytra Disappears And The Cape Disappears And It Looks Like Your Character Is Just Flying With Nothing.
