[MCPE-86225] Elytra not showing on player when wearing a cape

When my character is wearing a Cape and I put on elytra the elytra does not show on the player, but I can still fly.

Cannot reproduce with Founders cape (gold creeper).

It is known only to happen with a pancake cape, not with a founders cape.
