hello, use a eye of ender and it should direct you to one or if cheats are on use /Locate Stronghold and it will give you the cords to the nearest Stronghold

There are times a stronghold will fail to generate an end portal room if the stronghold itself generates within other structures such as cave systems, abandoned mine shafts, ravines, etc. Try digging into all the walls of the stronghold as it might just be buried somewhere nearby and there's no direct access to it. If it does fail to actually generate one then you might have to find another stronghold somewhere else that will properly generate an end portal room. I found 2 strongholds that failed to generate a portal room in my world and had to search for a third stronghold before I found one.
