Arrows, fireworks, and nautilus shells stuck in off-hand slot

Summary:
When an arrow, firework, or nautilus shell is in the off-hand slot, picking up more of them will cause them to become stuck in the off-hand slot.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place one of the items mentioned above in the off-hand slot

2. Throw another of that item on the ground

3. Pick it up

4. Open the inventory

5. Attempt to move or throw the item out of the off-hand slot.

Observed Results:
The item cannot be moved or thrown out of the off-hand slot.

Expected Results:
The item should be able to be moved or thrown out of the off-hand slot.
