I was trying to check out the new nether stuff and I couldn't access any of it. I loaded several creative world's and made nether portals, the only biome I can find is the regular Nether. Not sure what's going on.

As Vyacheslav mentioned, the BETA's currently available for Bedrock are focussed on parity and bug fixes. Nether BETA's will come once the 1.15 parity changes are tested per the below tweet from Helen.
