A bug that has been around for far too long, and no one seems to notice it. This started back around update aquatic I believe, and has persisted since, and has become such an annoyance. When you come near an enchantment table, the book opens up, but as you walk around it, it almost follows you; However it moves too fast, and doesn't actually face the player.
