I made mechanisms, and sent redstone signal in hopper with redstone torch, redstone dust, redstone comparator and redstone repeater, but the hopper was still working.

I repeated the experiment, and realized that this was my mistake. I made a mechanism in which I needed the hopper not to absorb things. He took them from the hopper above, but did not give them down.
