So when you open the character creator then it will say failed to load character blank and sometimes it never wants to load and when you try to reload your skin it never does and also if you get activating a conduit achievement then they will not give you the fish head The Fish Club had how you produce this is open the game then open the character creator then it should say failed to load character 1 or whatever number it was then set a timer will not load anything and if you go to faceware or headwear then you should not have the fish head
