After updating to v2.05 (v1.14.41) on PS4, I no longer can sign in with my Microsoft account and have lost my texture packs that I have purchased. It was working before, but now I only get the Oops! Looks like the Microsoft Account you are trying to use is already connected on the "PlayStation Network".
