My Chests are invisible and are unusable

So I loaded into my world the other day, and decided to go grab some loot from a chest room I built, but the chests weren't there.  While they weren't present, I could still see their outline when I put my pointer on them. I couldn't open them, and when I broke them, none of the stuff that was in that chest came out. In addition to this, my barrels that I keep under my chest, while visible, are also not functional. a few other blocks were missing in the room, some quartz and glow stone I used on the roof. However, my main concern is not being able to access most of my loot. I have tried restarting the system multiple times, making a copy of the world and seeing if my chests would load in on that one, and even deleted the game from my home menu before redownloading it from the Eshop. Nothing has been doing any good. That brought me here, where maybe someone else could help me with this problem. Thank you so much in advance for your help!
