[MCPE-64879] Unable to add custom blocks in 1.15 betas with Addons

1.15 betas don't read blocks in /AddonFolder/blocks/....json unlike Minecraft Bedrock did in older versions

Do you have experimental gameplay on? Does the block have the register_to_creative_menu property set?
