GearVR : inventory bar (aka UI Item Hotbar) stereoscopic distance to the player is broken since 1.13 and messes up your eyes, poses health risk!

Issue was introduced by 1.13, 1.12 was fine.

It happens assuming you have "3D rendering" enabled (stereoscopic 3D VR and not just default monoscopic VR).

Correct behavior (until 1.12) : your eyes converge to a position close to you in 3D space to see the inventory bar at the bottom of your view in VR.

Broken behavior (1.13, 1.14.30) : your eyes must diverge to infinity to see the same inventory bar, which completely messes up your eyes because to do so you must "see through" everything else in your view. You end up closing one eye everytime you want to look at your inventory bar, which is ruining the experience.
