I exploring my world by flying elytra and i hit nothing there’s nothing in front of me because i’m on the ocean and then i drop in the water and die. First there’s nothing in front of me this bug make me hit something and stop flying. Second i drop on the water and die because fall damage WTF is wrong with this game this game is suck!!! This game ruined my day!!!

It's because you're traveling faster than the world can generate. I'd probably bet that you were not over water when you landed either, only when you last saw before it quit generating. Try hovering slower or occasionally doing a quick circle to let tje generation catch up. I fly a lot too and can sometime get ahead of myself, fly really high that way if you hit a barrier you have time to hit the glide button again before hitting the ground. If you were allowed to outrun chunks you would be able to x-ray the whole world around you and probably crash the game.
