The world will randomly freeze and chunks won’t load. I can still roam around but I can’t interact with anything. When I try to open my inventory, the chat, or the pause menu, it wouldn’t do anything. Then it displays a loading screen. The only way to fix this is to restart the game. This usually happens when I travel through portals. But it has happened when I was mining in the overworld.

I have the same issue on Xbox One, it won't pause so I have to force quit using the Xbox Menu.
