Other Users Can't see my Chat Messages on the Hive

I type out chat messages in the Hive server when playing games there, but nobody can see my messages. I can confirm this because the messages don't show up on my sibling's Xbox when they are playing in the same exact server with me in the same exact games.

This is getting annoying, is there a fix for this?

EDIT: I was told that the case may be that my account may be set to a child account, but that is not the case at all. I used to be able to send messages in the Hive, but it just stopped giving me access to talk there.

Also, I am 22 years old and was able to play Rated M games without my account giving me issues.
