Your issues with netherite tools are covered by MCPE-65372 so I have removed the netherite references and left your ticket for the achievement issue you mentioned.
Please ensure bugs reports only contain 1 issue and that you search before creating a report. Its impossible to track reports with more than one issue and in times like this we get flooded with duplicate reports so taking a moment to search helps us out immensely.
