When I enter through my Nether Portal, the game softlocks me at the loading screen.

When I go through my Nether Portal normally, the game usually loads for a split second before entering the Nether, but after once or twice going in/out of dimensions, I go back into the portal and the game softlocks me at the loading screen saying: "Building Terrain". The only sounds I hear are the portal sounds, sometimes mob sounds, and the Nether music. I have to forcefully restart my game and when the world loads again, I spawn where I was taken to the dimension. I haven't tried the End yet. Is there a way to fix this bug? Or maybe would be fixed in the Nether Update... Thanks!
