Unable to type on signs or on chat despite typing on keyboard.
Happens on one specific world
Expected Result
Typing on signs should render the characters on the sign or on the chat
Actual:
No response.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
