[MCPE-66108] Creating world gets stuck on loading resource packs

Whenever I create a world it gets stuck on the loading resource pack phase, and does not continue to actually creating the world.

I am playing on Minecraft PE (Bedrock Beta)

Also when I create the world, it does this on both Creative and Survival
