I can't join my friend's world and he can't join mine. I use windows 10 and he uses xbox, for comunicating we use companion console. We can join our friend in his world on xbox but not each other. We have Nat open and we tried everything we founded online. Our internet connection in perfect and we don't really know what to do. Please help us (we are italians, in quarantine since a month) <3
