So when I am in the Nether Beta for the Bedrock version and my hunger goes down, I eat something, whether it is cooked fish, meat, or carrots. It can be anything. I keep eating even though my food bar is full.
To replicate. Do actions to get food low. Then grab what you will eat. And hold the left bumper down the whole time.
