Hi!
I have recently purchased Minecraft on iPad and seem to be getting the same problem.
System Info
iPAD 10.2 7thGen
iPadOS 13.4
Minecraft version: 1.14.30
Description
Unable to load realms with the message:
"We could not connect to Realms right now. We will try again soon"
See attached screenshot realms.png.
As @charlina describes I am logged into my Microsoft account, or at least my GamerTag shows.
I have also confirmed that I can login to the Microsoft account with the Xbox app so the credentials are valid.
Signing in and out of the Microsoft account does not help.
I have also tried switching to a secondary Microsoft account but with the same erroneous result.
My network connection is working fine.
Additional info
Possibly related to the same problem..
I am also unable to login to a bedrock server that I host myself, which works fine from my Windows 10 machine.
I get the error message "You need to authenticate to Microsoft services", see attachment auth.png.
So there is a possibility that minecraft is not able to handshake the credentials for the Microsoft account in the end.
I am happy to support in providing additional information if needed.
Thanks in advance
Anders
