[MCPE-66716] Flying too fast with an elytra will result in death

Create by:

Use rain and riptide to get large amounts of speed.
Use elytra
Go to a really open place (the sky)
Spam trident until death

The death message is [Player] experienced kinetic energy.

Why do you believe this to be a bug? Based purely off your description it sounds like you're just hitting an object too hard.

it might have been an unloaded chunk having a mountain. you might have crashed into a mountain before it loaded, hence you died

Somehow I completely missed the video you attached...

@unknown could be right in that it could be you're moving faster than chunks can load, although you are fairly high so who knows. Do you know if this happens at higher altitudes (ie higher than any normal generation would spawn you?
