I can not play

the game doesn't load me.

the game just says. "syncing game data" and from there it won't load.

I've been like this for over an hour and nothing

 

can you help me do something. I want to play

Try uninstalling and reinstalling Minecraft, that worked for me when I had a similar issue.

You can also try logging out and back in to your Xbox account.

We are having the same problem and reinstalling didn’t help. Says “Syncing user data” but won’t do anything else. HELP!
