[MCPE-66892] My whole account got reset and all my hard work my mods and my maps are all gone and it said error -9

Today I launched the game and all my maps my mods my servers and my years of hard work is gone it gave me an error code -9 I cant use the store and cant play with my friend adding to that my game is super laggy this shouldn't happen because I have a 2 month old note 10 the specs from the phone should be able to prevent lag
