Certain mobs like zombie villagers and tamed horses cannot be interacted with, but are still loaded. These mobs cannot be hit, ridden, tamed, cured, named, or affected by commands. The only things that still effect these mobs are thrown potions and environmental hazards such as water, lava and fire.
