Long Loading Time When Wifi or 3G is slow

Works As Intended

When i play with wifi and 3g off it brings me instantly to list of your worlds
But When i play with slow wifi or 3g i takes about 10-20 secs

When on wifi or cellular data, your device always searches for multiplayer worlds (via wifi, pocketmines, etc). With your internet capabilities turned off, there is no need to search, so the world list is able to load a lot quicker.
