Hello
Since 2 Weeks i can not connect anymore to the Marketplace. My Coins are 0 now and my purchase are gone.
Every purchase was going over Microsoft store and is logged properly.
The Marketplace Button is greyed out and have a red ! in the corner.
The Text says :
There is an error with your account. You will be unable to use the Marketplace, until we resolve the issue. ....
Error Number is : -9
I searched in the Forum and tried several things, also
I changed already my Microsoft Password and reset everything but it doesn't help.
How can i solve the Problem with my account if any exists?
