Thanks for looking into the issue regarding players getting stuck inside the piston while extending. But now another issue has found, where putting a block on top of a up-facing piston then extending with a player on top, the player will still get stuck inside the block on top of the piston, even though it is completely fine without a block on top of a piston. Hopefully this can be fixed, thanks for your time.

(Pistons can push players sideways, but when it's installed to push upwards, the players mostly will be stuck inside the piston or clipped through the piston head, without actually being pushed up, this leads to a lot of inconvenience and most redstone builds involving piston pushing players will no longer work.)
