as far as i know block lag is gone but it got replaced with another bug
i was destroying some of my old builds with a netherite efficiency 5 pickaxe and haste 2 when i saw a torch that is supposed to get destroyed just floating there.before destroying it itook the below screenshot when i placed a dirt block on the surface onwhich the torch was supposed to be standing it turned to stone the original block that was there.
so, in conclusion when speed miningthere is a small chance that 1 or 2 blocks become "ghost blocks"
