Error when changing the world in Realm

I have a problem, that when I try to replace the map of my realm it does not let me, it appears that it is loading the replacement but then it releases the message of: "Error; There has been an error", this did not happen before, until now, and for To avoid unnecessary expense I had to cancel my subscription.
