game won't open and keeps loading

The realm I'm on have purebd craft as a texture pack so I had to download it again as usual, it failed to complete downloading the pack a couple of times, and when it fails, just so you know, the downloading stops then goes to a loading screen and doesn't stop unless I close the app, so I did that, been a problem of mine lately cause of my slow net and cause everyone's home, but the problem was in my next try when I opened the app again, it just stayed on the white loading screen.. I tried reopening the app and it kept loading.. tried turning off the wifi from my phone, opened the app then it worked, opened the app with the wifi, still didn't, I tried a lot of things to bring it back to normal, removing data and cache, restarting phone, uninstalling app, combining methods, retrying them a couple of times until I thought of turning off and on the wifi itself, that fixed it somehow, I decided to report this as I think it can happen again to me or to someone else on the right circumstances, and as I do the possible cause frequently.
