When I was mining diamonds the other day I noticed that I got no extra diamonds with fortune 3 after mining about 15 diamond ore when branch mining. But then the day after I killed about 20 ender men and only 3 ender pearls, so I really suggest you should take a look at this as it is probably affecting other players progression in the game.

It was Looting 3 on a iron sword on 1.16.0.55 and I kept on getting loot from ender men that would be like having a non Looting 3 sword.

I've been complaining about this while playing since the update. I thought I was just getting unlucky, but I would have had to be pretty unlucky. I killed dozens of Endermen and only got 15 Ender Pearls. Got a Zombie farm going last night and noticed that there weren't as many drops as I was getting in my 1.14 world. I also noticed that Fortune wasn't working as well as it used to. I thought they might have nerfed it, but if that wasn't an intentional change, then there definitely seems to be something wrong.

For Looting, are you sure that you weren't just unlucky? I did multiple tests and could not reproduce.
