Cannot talk to Buster in Spring-a-Majig map

Can you please clarify what you mean by "Will not allow me to talk to Buster"? What happens in the game at that point? Also, please specify what platform (iOS, Android, Xbox, etc you are using).

Any time I am anywhere near him it does not give me the prompt to talk to him.  It just leaves the red "Talk to Buster" task but no prompt to be able to do so

Same on my Android phone...I complete the quest but that guy won't talk to me and I can't continue

Exact same on Xbox one.

When they will fix it ?

so that anwser doesnt help at all..

my Buster doesnt come out of the tree so i cant talk to him and cant resume the quest. Real bummer.
