Okay when you pick up the honey bottles and you put them in either a 2x2 or 3x3 crafting grid you will only ever get the bottles back but never the blocks and it is extremely annoying and it's stopping me from progressing it also only affects this device to my knowledge.

We're actually already tracking this issue under MCPE-63461 so I've requested this report be resolved and linked as a duplicate.
