The power went out for my Xbox One, and when I got it back on, then went back on to my world, one of my shulker boxes was missing. The last time my game auto-saved was about a minute before my power went out, and I did have the shulker box on me. I did not place it down, or remove it from inventory. I lost about 3 hours of items that were in that shulker box.

Just had the same thing happen to me on PS4 split screen. I had pulled a stack of sponges out of a chest, a few seconds later the game crashed. Loaded back in and it was neither in my inventory, or in the chest. So there goes some things I can't replace.This seems to have been reported sporadically going back a while, but keeps getting shut down with mods saying that crashes are automatically reported and analysed.
The problem here isn't the crash, it's the loss of items. It's been reported enough that it needs to be looked at, but clearly that isn't happening.
