In MCPE, standing on top of a cactus doesn't do damage like it is supposed to.
To reproduce:
go to survival mode
stand on top of a cactus
you will not take damage unlike you should, if you do it in java you do.

We're actually already tracking this issue under MCPE-14303 so I've requested this report be resolved and linked as a duplicate.
