When you have 2 effects, the icons become smaller, but once one effect has worn away, the icon does not return to its original size.

I have the same bug but it doesn't get better when i have 2 effects, all the time the effect icon is giant with the gui on -1
I'm on Windows 10 on the version 1.14.60
