I don't know for certain if you have received any complaints recently, but I've done extensive research on this topic. A group of friends and I have experienced issues concerning the server chatting system on bedrock edition; we can view and see other players' chats, however, our chat cannot be seen by others. We have contacted two servers to make sure we weren't under any personal punishment or anything of that order. Both servers stated that we were not on any form of punishment and suggested that we contact you. If it isn't too much trouble, would you mind looking into it?
