When i fill the hunger bar eating a cooked steak, the hunger bar starts consuming rapidly as soon as i start sprinting and jumping.

In my opinion, check it again. As a beta tester, I tested the thing you said, and found nothing wrong. Maybe you run in headhitter jumps in the game?
