The game crashes when you go from the loading screen to the menu screen to the main menu.My cell phone is a ZTE Blade A5 2019

That does not have to be a problem, because if it were the case it would not have let me play the beta versions prior to this one, also the hardware is updated in its latest version.On the other hand currently to play it I use an Alcatel Pixi 4 with Android 6.2,that no longer receives any update since 2017 while the ZTE Blade A5 cell phone uses Android 9 and 2 GB of RAM
