[MCPE-69302] I am stuck in the beta 1.16 release

I wanted to install the RTX beta for Minecraft windows 10 today but I can't due to this bug. I previously had the 1.16 Beta installed but I currently can't exit. I have tried using the Xbox Insider Hub to exit it but it just tries to load and never does. When it says it succesfully has uninstalled it is still in Beta... I have uninstalled both of the apps (Minecraft Windows 10 Bedrock edition & Xbox Insider Hub). This is really annoying for people with RTX graphics cards but can't use this new beta.

Oh this is sad! try again later, maybe the amount of players trying to test can saturate the service, remember RTX BETA use 1.15 code base, is not using 1.16 code base

RECOMENDATION: Edit the report but using:

Affectet version: 1.15.0.8

I had to wait a day and then sign up for the beta again and then update or reinstall if it doesn't auto-update Minecraft and you should have it.

I have had this exact issue for over 2 months. I have tried many times to delete all data, unenroll from the beta in the insider hub and download again.

I always keep getting version 1.16 and the beta and I cannot access my previous worlds. Please help?
