[MCPE-69326] Observer blocks don't detect when a pumpkin or melon stem tilts to the side and grows a crop

I'm not sure if this is an issue with all devices for bedrock, but on the pocket edition the observer block does not detect the sprouts of melon or pumpkin plants tilting. (This occurs when there is a melon or pumpkin next to the plant.) This issue does not occur on java edition of Minecraft and it disables bedrock version players from making redstone machines like automatic melon or pumpkin farms. 😞 please fix

Thanks for reporting this issue but this is a Redstone behavior in Bedrock.
