The preinstalled resource packs that normally show in the resource pack options when creating a world, or while in the menu, are showing the UUIDs instead of the actual names. As you can see in the screenshot attached.

As far as I know there's only happens on RTX beta. This has affected every single pack that I have downloaded including the vanilla texture pack the new and improved texture pack and more.

If you would still like to report a bug, please make sure that you have checked that your system and graphics drivers are up to date. Also, please make sure that any packs you are using are valid and up to date. (You might need to check the Marketplace for the very latest updates.)
