As of updating to 1.14.60, I along with other users have run into frequent stuttering issues. Before this update, the game was running perfectly. I ran into this issue a while back and it must have been fixed at some point, but unfortunately as of hotfix 1.14.60 the issue returned for me. This issue is most noticeable when playing online on servers.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
