My son has bought minecoins to purchase mods from the Market Place on his Nintendo Switch version of Minecraft. He has successfully purchased and downloaded a few mods with no problem, but the last two purchases he made can't be downloaded and come up with an error saying "Not Enough Space - You do not have enough space available on your device to download the Alex Da Noob - Survival World". We have 13.9GB available on the console and 109GB available on the microSD card, and the game has been moved to the microSD to try and help.
I have tried googling a solution and can see numerous people with the same issue going back over a year but no solutions offered. Can you either resolve or let me know how I can get a refund for these mods that he can't use?
Thanks for your help.
