This Bug was in 1.14.30 as well and the problem is that if you have music playing in the Minecraft menu or in a world, the music sometimes cuts off every 5 seconds which is very annoying. I am not sure if anyone experienced it but I have every time I play the game in T.V or Portable mode. This may effect you on any platform but I am not sure.
